| Es wäre gut, wenn Eure Emails, Briefe oder FAxe folgende Aspekte beinhalten würden. 1) Die Schließung der Älteren- und Kranken- Pflege-abteilung hätte katastrophale Folgen für die körperliche und geistige Gesundheit der dortigen Insassen, einschließlich für Leonard Peltier. 2) Als eine Level 3 Pflegeeinrichtung hat die Coleman 1 Älteren- & Kranken-Pflegeabteilung Insassen mit schwerwiegenden Gesundheitsproblemen. Diese Insassen in den regulären Strafvollzug zu versetzen birgt erhebliche Risiken aufgrund der anhaltenden Gewalt dort in Coleman 1, wie sich aus dem 6monatigen Dauereinschluss (Lockdown) 2019 sowie dem momentanen Lockdown ersehen lässt. 3) Wenn du/ihr euer Schreiben speziell auf Leonard Peltiers Umstände personalisieren wollt, können folgende Fakten erwähnt werden: a) Leonard Peltier ist über 75 Jahre alt b) Leonard Peltiers Gesundheit wird in der jetztigen Abteilung ständig beobachtet und behandelt bezogen auf seine Prostata, sein Bauchschlagader- Aneurysma, seine starke Arthritis in Hüfte und Knien, sowie bezüglich Flecken auf seiner Lunge und Nierenangelegenheiten. Putting these inmates in the general population places them at significant risk due to the ongoing violence at Coleman I as seen by the six month lockdown in 2019 and the current lockdown. |
